Your symptoms seem to be related to strep throat.I see that you are already taking the wright medications.
I would suggest you to finish the cycle of antibiotics.
I would also suggest to
drink liquids,
gargle with salty water and
take ibuprofen 400 mg in case of pain and inflammation
