What Causes White Stuff Around Clitoris?

hello ... first of all i have to say sorry if my english is not good i have something wrong on the tip of my clitoris ... it's look white ... at first i thought it just a scurf but i cannot wash it out i don't feel any pain or burn and it's not hard ... i'm really concern about it
