What Causes White Tissue Like Discharge During Irregular Menstruation?

Hello. I am getting sort of white tissue found like discharge in my knickers. It s almost like the clots during my period which my doctor said was normal but I haven t had a period in 8 months due to being on the implant so they are very irregular for me but I don t know if I should worry about these white tissue clot looking things

Passage of blood clots during menstruation is a common finding however, passage of white tissue is not a normal finding.
Passage of white tissue can be product of conception.
Thus, the white colored tissue needs to be examined histopathologically to assess the nature of white colored material.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
