What Causes White To Brown Vaginal Discharge After Taking Loestrin?

Hi, I'm 18years old I have been on loestrin 30 over a tear now and when I come off my period I seen to have the most uncomfrtable ichy pains down there and a thick discharge and sometimes watery it can fairy from white to yellow to greeny to brown I just wondered if this is an effect of the pill?
