What Causes White Vaginal Clots During Menstruation?

My menstrual started 4 days late. When I finally started I passed two clots that was mainly white... The beginning of January I started depo provera. I have a very active sex life. I don t know if it was a miscarriage or not. It literally just happened like 15 mins ago. Should I get up and just go to the hospital or is this normal?

It is mostly suggestive of vaginal fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or avil for itching. You can take Fole 150 mg or use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into the vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain the hygiene of private part either by washing or use v-wash vaginal gel.
