Hello

Stress can easily cause an irregularity in your menstrual cycle but it should not really last long. If there was no sexual cause then stress or other causes like weight gain or weight loss, medications, etc; can all add to the delay. wait for a while and if you do not see your period till 45 days after your last period then visit a doctor who will prescribe medications for you to have a withdrawal bleed.

Best wishes
