What Causes White Vaginal Discharge Along With Chills And Sweating?

i HAVE multiple symptoms such as wheezing, coughing, sweating, chills, a horrible mucous coming out of my vagina, my urine has like drops of oil, they look like small bubbles floating in the urine. I was diagnosed with pneumonia on the 29 of December, did a round of amoxocillan, then a round of levenox 500, prednisone, the nebulizer. Nothing has changed I feel the very same as when I got sick in Dec. I have been to the er 4 X, a primary care physician, and one visit to the VA. I have been sleeping on a chair since then. I feel absolutely terrible. I have drank tea with honey, lots of water, orange juice. please help

Thanks for contacting HCM with your health concern and following is symptomwise approach:

1. for white discharge (leucorrhea) do per speculum (P.S.) & per vaginum (P.V.) examination to note the type of discharge, and look for pathologies like cervical erosion, polyp, pelvic inflammatory disease and tubo-ovarian mass and treat accordingly.

2. Check urine for infection and smear of uretheral discharge for gonococci and if present give tablet Norfloxacin 400 mg 2 stat, single dose.

. If UTI treat with urinary antibiotics and if no response ask for urine culture to decide the antibiotic, and also X-ray KUB & Ultrasonography.

3. Candididal infection is/are common in diabetic patients, patient taking broad spectrum antibiotics, on oral contraceptives, and AIDS.. so exclude these possibilities
