hi am having a slight burning sensation in the vagina area an I was just using wet wipes to clean the area I notice something cream coming out there isn t any scent so I used the dermovate ointment on the area do u think it will help or should I use the vagisil cream

It would be best for you to use an antifungal cream. Demovate is steroid and you should never use that vaginally unless instructed to by a doctor. Vagisil is just a soothing cream and will not help an infection. If an antifungal cream does not clear this up then you need to see a doctor for an exam and testing to determine the cause of the infection.
