What Causes White Vaginal Discharge And Back Pain?

i am 26 years (height 5.3 & weight 40kg) unmarried girl & suffaring from lucoria since last 10 year. I have consult ayurvedic & alopathi both doctors. But my problem is as it is. During 1 month some day white discharge arise but some day it not discharged. Some times it is very severe. Bleeding also arise. I feel weekness & backpain also. I am afraid that if it is majour or seroius problem of utrus. Is this any abnormality? Please guide me. Iam very tense regarding this problem.
