What Causes White Vaginal Discharge And Black Dots On Vagina?

hi ive been very sore down below and it seems in some spots the skin has come off, also there is white crumbly discharge. is this thrush? also i have notices little black dots on either side of my vagina, they are only on the outside, they dont hurt or anything, i thort they were black fluff or something, but they look kinda like blood blisters. i had a full std test the other week and i only have type 1 herpes, is this that?
