What Causes White Vaginal Discharge And Stomach Cramps?

hello..on 21 jan i had my periods with no pain in my abdomen nothing at all n fresh bleeding then i had cramps n pain in my hips cavity , n thigs n whole legs were felt as if tight n cramped ,also thes cramps n pain havent totally gone till date n since 2 days m having whitish discharge like cream sometimes n it has no smell.....what is it ? can u help me.
