What Causes White Vaginal Discharge Before Menstrual Cycle?

I m 36 yrs old I m having regular sex an did so at ov befor on time and just after I m 11 days away from my next period My cm is thick white but crusty with a slight yellow colour. Is this normal ok or could it mean early preggy sign????? Also I am actually trying to get pregers I have 3 children already is there anything I could take to help me conceive plz

Hi,

Unprotected sex before, during and after ovulation with 11 days delay in menses is suggestive of early thick mucus seen during pregnancy. If you don't have any itching, burning in urination it suggests absence of infection and raises possibility of early pregnancy. It's already 11 days past expected date of menses so you can go for home pregnancy test of urine. Collect urine in a sterile container, after having good vaginal wash and preventing contamination of urine by mucus. It will confirm or exclude pregnancy.
