What Causes White Vaginal Discharge, Dizziness And Abdominal Bloating?

I took a at home pregnancy test but they cams up negative and 2 came up positive but I smoke meth and wanted too know if it would give me a false negative. For the last few weeks I ve been really moody, dizzy, bloated ,and had white vaginal discharge, and I have been spotting. I went too the clinic and they did a pee test as well but it came up negative. But I have a olverian problem so I never know when my period is coming she suggested a blood test will the blood test be more accurate?
