What Causes White Vaginal Discharge Mixed With Blood?

good morning to you. my name is kellise i havent seen my monthly period since 23rd of march. i started to bleed on monday 6th of june since then i've been passing alot of clot blood im not pregnant when passing then clot blood there is some white- cream stubstance mixed with the blood what could be the cause of that?
