What Causes White Vaginal Discharge While On Mirena IUD?

I had a mirena IUD placed 13months ago. The last three months I ve noticed a strange thick white vaginal discharge with an unpleasant smell. At first I thought I had contracted an STD, but I received a full screening and everything came back negative. I chalked it up to an increase of junk food in my diet. However within the last two months I ve noticed my acne getting worse and spreading from the usual face zit, to all over my chest, back, arms, and occasionally thighs and naval area. My breast started swelling and constantly itching, I thought maybe I was pregnant. I remembered having bad acne all over and itchy breasts throughout my pregnancy a few years back with my son. But every pregnancy test, at home and doctors office I ve taken has come back negative. Within the last three weeks I ve noticed my nipples being too sensitive for the touch, and I often see a thick white or pale yellowish discharge and crusting in my bras. I breast fed after the birth of my son and I m very sure that this is not a production of breast milk. I know that I don t have an STD and I don t think I m pregnant, but I m unfamiliar with all of the recent changes in my body. Is it possible I have contacted some nonsexual related infection? Or an allergic reaction to the IUD? I m growing more concerned, due to a recent move I will not be able to visit my regular gyn DR for at least 2 or 3 months. I m not sure if I should rude this out or seek emergency medical attention.
