What Causes White Vaginal Discharge?

Hi I m 21 years old and I would like you to help me out with some advise please help me. ve noticed some white meat like discharge.I don t have my period regular as well.When I shower I normally push my finger up to clean that s when I get the white meat like stuff is that normal I m really worried please help me.

Thank you for posting your question at HCM.

You have not mentioned about whether you are sexually active? Irregular periods can be a sign of a lot many things, few among them are, PCOD, Thyroid disorders etc.

White discharge is due to infection, you are advised to do following blood tests : CBC, Thyroid Profile, Mid phase hormonal analysis.

You are also requested to go for a USG abdo pelvis to see the cause of irregular periods.

For now its advisable to take FAS kit, Tab Fluconazole 150mg once , Tab Volkmox cv 1-0-1 x 3 days, to clear up infection and white discharge, use v-wash solution to clean up the area everyday.

If the problem persists, we request you to go to a gynecologist to get the clinical examination done
