What Causes White Vaginal Discharge?

My boyfriend and I were having sex the other day, let's just say it was a little out of control.. we don't use condoms and when he pulled out a little cum came out, the surface of his penis was shiny and smelled like his cum, not mine. He said in the heat of the moment he wasn't sure if he came in me or had just began cumming as he pulled out.. I generally don't discharge but for the last few days I've had a like white nearly odorless discharge. Could this be an early indication of pregnancy?
