What Causes White Vaginal Discharge?

i was standing up a few minute ago and i suddenly felt as if i was leaking so i ran to the bathroom and i had pure white substance in my underwear and still commin out of my vagina.. it wasnt like other discharges that i have had before. it was different,,.. ive already had my period a week and a half ago
