What Causes White Watery Discharge?

I have been trying to conceive.I have missed my periods by 9 days now and pregnancy test has come negative.and I have sharp pains in lower abdomen and almost constant pain on left pelvis.Its not unbearable but very uncomfortable.I have no sore breasts but had period like feeling and nausea for couple of days after ovolution. But I have no thing now and no sore breasts.I also have white watery discharge wit no smell and had extra stretchy secretion 1 day before my period.I am in a place where I cannot attend a doctor for atleast a week more. Pls help!

Hi,
Since your pregnancy test was negative you need not worry.
I would suggest you wait and watch.If you will not get periods you can visit doctor after a week then get for blood tests to know your hemoglobin and thyroid hormone levels.
Watery vaginal discharge is common after ovulation especially it increased before starting menstrual cycle.
Meantime you can take Ibuprofen 200 mg for pain.
