What Causes Whitehead On Face While Having Diabetes/history Of Thyroid Cancer?

I am a 5o year old female with blue eyes and blonde hair. I have had my share of sunburns. Last month I noticed a whitehead looking mark on my left side of my face between my nose and mouth. Should I get it checked out for skin cancer. I also became a Type 1 diabetic at age 37 and diagosed with thyroid cancer at age 40.

Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

The whitehead mark on your face might be due to:
- lack of vitamins
- skin infection

I advise to consult further with dermatologist and to run skin biopsy and microscopic examination with 10%KOH to determine the right cause.
