What Causes White,puffy Clitoris Along With Itching?

I have had some itching and soreness on my clitoris. I had a yeast infection previously and noticed some discharge so I treated with Monistat and this seemed to help. Now, about five days later I very closely and carefully examined my clitoris and it is very white and puffy... I am concerned about the discoloration and at 68 years of age the posibility of clitoral cancer.
