What Causes Whitish And Flaky Rashes On The Penis Shaft?

Hi, I have recently notices a couple of small white flaky rashes developing on the shaft on my penis, nearer to the testicle area to be more precise. The area itself doesn t itch, but the surrounding testicle area does itch. At first I thought it s dry skin and used a medicated cream specialising dry skin areas. It works but after a while the white flaky rash seems to visually appear back. What could this be ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello sir....... according to the symptoms provided by you i think you might be having a fungal infection along with dry skin or any other skin infection. please make a visit to your nearest dermatologist and get a test of the rashes to make the diagnosis complete and take the necessary meds. also keep your towel and clothes to your self (maintain personal hygiene) to prevent others and yourself from getting further infected. also maintain clean toilets in your home and use clean toilets outside.
Thank you
