What Causes Whitish Cloudy Sores On The Inner Part Of The Vagina?

I have sort of like whiteish cloudy sores on the inner lip of my vagina. They kind of look like a stretch mark would(just to get the general image of the sore) doesn t look severe but it definitely hurts to wipe after using the bathroom. There s 3 lined up in a row. What is this?

General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to yeast infection. Using anti fungal creams like miconazole ( monistat 1) or clotrimazole (canestan) for local application will be helpful. These are available as over the counter. I would also suggest using intimate wash daily to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH. If there is no improvement then a swab test and consultation with gynecologist is well appreciated.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
