What Causes Whitish Color Discharge During Urination?

Dear Doctor, I have the norm of rubbing my scrotum on bed to get excitement. I have also found whitish color discharge during urinating, I am not sure, or I should say I dare not certain whether it is sperm/semen or protein being leaked. May I know how to differentiate it? Are they looked the same? It does not happen every time I urinate but quite frequent daily. The whitish color thing comes out the most when I rub my scrotum against the bed a day before. Sometimes when I tried folic acid with B-complex, it disappeared and my urine looked clear which I have just noticed it. I am quite worry because my friends told me it could be protein leaks. If it is, it means my kidneys are damaged. This issue has puzzled me which I am very worry day in and day out. In fact, I have been for blood test and urine test, in December 2014, everything was good. It makes me even puzzled. Please advise. Worry guy Lim

Hi,

Your kidney is not damaged. The biggest sign of kidneys damage is that you will have very little urine Which is not in your case. Although there is one possibility according to my experience and knowledge, it is infection of urinary tract. For which I like to ask few questions like.

Is there any burning during urination? Do you have fever? Do you have increase frequency of urination? Do you have pain at the lower back area? If some these symptoms are present, I would like to write few tests to correlate like urine R/E, CBP, X-ray KUB.
