What Causes Whitish Vaginal Discharge After Urination?

Im sexually active. today after pee, I found quite thick white, tissue like discharge. On the toilet bowl it seems light yellowish. But on the tissue it looks white. I went to meddle the tissue like thingy. And I found its texture is elasticity. what am I suffering from?
