What Causes Whitish Vaginal Discharge Post Intercourse?

I am 18 years old and female. The last time I had sex was about 2 months ago. I noticed that I am releasing a lot of discharge. The discharge is white, but I have a fishy odor coming from my vagnal area. I have no burning nor itching feeling. When when I shower it would still smell fishy. Also When I get my periods they last longer than usual, I remain on my period or up to 8-10 days. Should I be worried?
