What Causes Whitish Vaginal Discharge While Using Contraceptive Implant?

I have the implant fitted and so do not have periods. I have noticed over the past few weeks that I have had a lot more discharge than usual and it has turned to a sticky, tacky white substance. Also when I take a bath I get an urge to push and several times when I have done so what looks like a white blood clot has appeared from my vagina. I was wondering what this is.
