What Causes Whitish Vaginal Discharge With Abdominal Pain And Heart Burning Sensation?

hi i have white vaginal discharge more than usual lately i dont notice a odor and i have been having lower abdominal pain sometimes it feels like heart burn. i am sexually active with only one partner and sometime after sex there is swelling it doesnt hurt when i urinate or to the touch really. what could all this mean ?
