What Causes Whole Body Muscle Spasms With High Blood Pressure?

My husband is experiencing musel spasims in his whole body and his blood pressure is 143/92 he is only 34 and does not smoke!! But has a terrible family history of heart problems with his father experiencing one when he was 40!! Doctor has given him musel relaxants I don't think this is enough???
