What Causes Whole Body Weakness And Uneasy Feeling?

Hello, my name is collins and for sometime now i have been feeling this uneasiness in my whole body. I just don t know how to describe it but it started about 7 to 8months ago. At first it started with constant urinating and now at the moment it is now this uneasiness in my leg, hands, every where in my body. Which irritates the skin and makes me feel weak.
