What Causes Whooshing Sound In Ear With Head Pressure?
whooshing in left ear with some head pressure this happens every 3rd day and it began on May 19th. am going for a blood test and mri. its really bad today was thinking to go the ER. concerned that a tumor could be the cause. went to the ER twice since May and they said I had a sinus infection. on another unrelated occasion i got out of the hospital 2 weeks ago I past out in the ER they gave me cpr, think I had a panic attack.while there for 2 days numerous tests showed my lungs and heart are ok

Noted your history of passing out in ER, the whooshing in left ear along with head pressure indicate that you have a problem with the central nervous system and hence a clinical evaluation by a Neurologist and an MRI should be done at the earliest. At the same time a CT scan of the sinuses can help evaluate the sinusitis issue. Further treatment will definitely depend upon the clinical examination and investigations. Second opinion of an ENT Surgeon will help a lot.
