What Causes Whooshing Sound In Ears?

I have been able to hear a whooshing sound, almost like my heartbeat, in my right ear for about 6 months now. I have been to the urgent care twice, I ve been to the ENT, the opthalmologist, and my family doctor. I ve been prescribed several different kinds of antibiotics, and steroids, as well as allergy meds. I ve had scopes up my nose twice from the ENT. I ve also had a CT scan. None of the medicines have helped, and all of the tests have come back normal. I m now starting to get headaches on the same side around my ear, which includes pain in my jaw and behind my eye. Noone can seem to diagnose this or find something that can relieve my symptoms. This really is starting to bother me. It affects my sleep. Can anyone give me any suggestions????
