Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain whooshing sound in the ear along with plugged feeling seems to be due to Blocked Eustachian tubes ad as the Eustachian tube helps in maintaining pressure on both sides of eardrum and in case if it gets filled with fluid there is a blocked feeling in ear along with whooshing sounds due to fluid movement.
Pain above right eye that exerts on coughing or bending can be due to sinus inflammation and infection..
I would suggest you to consult an Oolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Otoscopy, x ray, MRI etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
In case of fluid accumulation behind eardrum or blocked eustachian tube you can be advised to take antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkillers, decogestants oral as well as nasal spray..
For sinus problems PNS view x ray or MRI of sinuses can help in diagnosis and in case of sinusitis along with antibiotics, painkillers and decongestants, saline nasal irrigation, steam inhalation, using humidifier in room and steroid sprays can relieve..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
