What Causes Worm Like Irritation In The Scrotum?
Dear Dr,
I am having wormlike irritation in my scrotum. What would be the cause. It comes with mild pain and does not occur frequently. It mainly happens after urination. I have tested for gonorrhea, chlaymidia, HIV, syphillis. They are all negative. Did blood culture; got results today, no growth. But the occassional wormlike irritation has persisted for a year. I have had persistent urethral discharge after urination. But it is gone now. I haven't had the discharge since last week.

This can be diagnosed by clinical examination and per-rectal examination to know the size , consistency, irregularity, tenderness on the prostate.
This can be helped by Ultrasonography. If the signs of prostate problem is found., MRI helps to find the small things related to all genitourinary system .
