What Causes Wrinkled Mouth Along With Peeling Skin?

My mouth is wrinkled and peels sometimes, it is worst in the morning, is this cause by dry mouth from accutane? It is worst on my left side which is weird my mouth is really dry sometimes but even if i chew gum all day its still wrinkly and peels sometimes i have tried everything, i dont smoke, i dont dip, and i drink in moderation on weekends.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain wrinkled and peeling mouth with a history of accutane [Isotretinoin] is due to dry mouth as dry mouth is one of the side effect of taking accutane.
You should consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and if possible he/she can reduce the dose of Isotretinoin so that the symptoms gets improved..
You can also gargle with a specialized mouthwash that is formulated for dry mouth patients..
You can also drink plenty of water..
Atificial saliva drops can be instilled multiple times in mouth for lubrication.
Avoid spicy and hot foods.
Maintain a good oral hygiene..
