What Causes Yellow And Green Discharge From The Navel?

I have bloody, yellow and green foul smelling drainage from my belly button. It is very painful and my abdomen also hurts. There is redness that extends several inches around my belly button. My temperature is 99. Please advise of what could cause this and any treatments. Thank u.

This is an infection and you will need antibiotics to cure this. Please see a doctor as soon as possible for an exam and treatment
