What Causes Yellow And Metallic Smelling Urine?

I am diabetic and some other chronic conditions why is my urine a lemon yellow with milky film and smell like metal?

You have not provided information about medicines you are consuming.
Possibilities are
1.     Medicines which you are consuming
2.     Food which you are consuming
3.     Insufficient water intake
4.     Urinary tract infection
5.     Diabetic nephropathy as you have history of diabetes
6.     Liver problem
You have not written about concomitant chronic conditions and concomitant medicines.
Advice
1.     Drink 4 – 5 liters of water daily
2.     Avoid smoking, alcohol, coffee, and caffeinated beverages
3.     Do not hold your urine. Urinate when you feel
4.     Regularly check your blood pressure
5.     Investigations
a.     R/E of urine
b.     C/S of urine
c.     Serum creatinine
d.     Serum bilirubin
e.     SGPT & SGOT
f.     Hb%
