General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for your query.

Certain medications (like vitamin supplements) contains coloring agents that can stain the urine in a yellow or orange color depending on the color used.

This should disappear when you stop the medications. There is nothing to worry about. Continue to hydrate yourself.
If you develop any urinary symptoms (pain, burning while urinating, lower abdominal pain, fever or reddish urine) consult your doctor to rule infection or other urinary tract pathology.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to contact us if you need further clarification.
Wish you good health
