What Causes Yellow Discharge After Taking Antibiotics?

I was told i have a UTI and Chlamydia 4 days ago and received antibiotics for both..I did not have any signs besides bad cramping when i went to the Dr..no itching, no burning, no discharge. I have taken the Meds and now a large amount of yellow discharge for 2 days...why??
