What Causes Yellow Discharge From The Penis?

So Ive had a clear and sometimes yellow discharge from my penis in the morning. I had urine test twice and came back negative both times and a blood test that came back negative as well. My doctor perscribed antibotics and re- perscribed again metronidazole. Told me to take the meds 4 times a day for 10 days and by the 7th day it looked like it stopped. After 3 days off the meds the clear like discharge and sometimes yellowish color came back and today I felt kind of an itching sensation around my anus and Looked in a mirror and looks like a couple of sores in my anus area? What can this be?

Conditions like urethritis must be ruled out. You can go for a culture and sensitivity study of the discharge and start antibiotics according to the culture reports. Nothing much to worry and most cases respond well to antibiotics.
