What Causes Yellow Discharge When The Ingrown Hair Is Pulled Out?

I have what looks like an ingrow on my pubic, I figured I could warm it up nd pull the hair out with a needle, in doing so I opened it up and instead of hair,yellow liquid came out. It was huge from inside the skin but now its better. Am concern about the yellow liquid.

You are suffering from perifolilicilitis which occurs due to reinsertion of ingrowing hair into the skin. Topical antibacterial creams like mupirocin can be used on the affected areas to counteract the same.Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned treatment options. Regards.
