What Causes Yellow Discharge,frequent Urination And Nausea After Unprotected Sex?

Hello , My name is Nikki. I just came of the implanon and i want to say a week afterwards (after i stopped bleeding) my boyfriend and i had sexual intercourse. He did climax but we wiped it off and kept going. Now it s like two weeks. I wake up with headaches that doesnt stop when i take excedrin, i have yellowish dis charge and i feel sick and nauseous everytime i even smell some type of food or eat food. I pee a whole lot! To narrow down somethings i been with the same partner for 2 years we already been tested for all std s all are negative. I dont have a yeast infection and all ovaries are healthy because i got checked for any cyst or abnornmal growths. I took a regular pregnancy test and it came back negative
