What Causes Yellow Discoloration Around The Eyes?

Hello. I just have a mild concern. I have noticed a discoloring around the skin of my eyes (upper and lower). It is a dark yellowish blue tinge. At first I thought maybe it was from lack of sleep, but I haven t had any changes in my sleep pattern. Are there other things that could cause this, and is it something that I should see my doctor for?

kindly get your liver function tested . are you on any medicines currently. it could be early formation of fat deposits also and they usually happen in diabetic patients
