What Causes Yellow Fibrous Discharge Without Menses After Delivery?

hello i was wondering what i should do i have stoped bleeding and its 3 weeks after i gave birth to my baby girl and i have this stringy yellow discharge comming out it doesnt smell that bad but it has an odor to it and it isnt bad either i dont know what i should do

Hi,

There is nothing much to worry about this condition. Antibiotics will be required, if it doesn't reduce then ultrasound examination of whole abdomen will be required.
