What Causes Yellow Layer On Both Sides Of Throat?

My throat hurts really bad and I just looked in my mouth. It looks like a yellow looking layer on both sides of my throat and it is very hard to swallow. Swallowing my own spit hurts and my head and neck have been hurting for 3 days now. I don t think I have a fever and have been gargling with salt, sucking on halls, drinking lots of water and eating ice cream and pop sickles. Also 4-6 tylenol the past few days. Do you think I may have strep throat?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such throat symptoms may not be due to infection but could be due to allergic condition, but it can be treated with antibiotic and best drug would be "Tab Azithromycin 500 mg " once in day for three days, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
