What Causes Yellow Particles In Stool?

I am having yellow capsule shaped items in my stool I dissected one and it is gelatin like yellow on outside and white on the inside Have been noticing them in my stool occasionally for a couple years Any idea what this could be and do I need to see my doctor?

Hi

In majority of cases it is diet related, but some individuals with chronic conditiins like diverticulosis, irritable bowel syndrome, etc; can also present with such a picture. So yes, visit your doctor and I recommend a colonoscopy as well.
