What Causes Yellow Patches From Collarbone To Chest?

Hey! So, for about a month now, maybe more, I ve been monitoring these weird, flat yellow patches spanning from the top of my collar to my chest, and I m not sure what they are- could it be eczema? They are not itchy, and do not hurt in the slightest- could it be washing related?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to fungal infection like tinea versicolor. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. If it is that then I would recommend using terbinafine or ketoconazole lotion for local application. You can also use ketoconazole soap while bathing which is also helpful.
