General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, If the weather is fine and hands are not affected, then This is most probably due to insufficient blood flow in that area, which may be due to anemia, blood dark obstruction, neurological cause etc., You will have to check whether this occurs because of poor posture .
Without further probing and direct examination, it is literally difficult to assess your condition. My suggestion for you is to meet a general surgeon and get it clarified. I am sure this is a curable condition.
