What Causes Yellow Sores On Tongue Along With White Sores On Throat?

Hi i have a yellow,sores,on my tongue and the sides of my mouth the back of my throut is red with white head looking sores also my tongue is white all over with looks like a layer of skin taken off same on the sides i dont smoke or drink . I can't eeat i do drink a lot of water and now that ic burning my mounth

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain it seems that you have a white coating on your tongue that seems to be due to Oral Yeast infection known as Oral Thrush and the redness of tongue and throat seems to be due to Apthous Stomatitis causing inflammation of the mucosa inside mouth along with formation of Apthous Ulcers which are appearing as yellow and white sores..
The burning sensation in mouth is due to inflammation and dry mouth..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and after a thorough clinical evaluation if Thrush is confirmed he can advise you antifungal medicines like Nystatin mouthwash and clotrimazole lozenges along with plenty of Probiotics like Yoghurt and Garlic..
For Apthous Ulcers you can take Multivitamin supplements, do warm saline gargles, gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine, avoid spicy food..
Chew sugar free chewing gum and drink plenty of water..
