Internal Medicine Specialist, Dr. LOKESH S's Response
Hi,
Looks like recurrent tonsillitis/pharyngitis needs a course of antibiotics. Need to check the reason for recurrence. It can happen because of frequent exposure to infection either in the form of traveling or may occur due to the season. Frequent hand washing also reduces the frequency of this infection. Use a face mask when you go into crowds.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. LOKESH S,
